Brian is the son of Dean Arrington, our company founder. While Dean has since retired, Father and Son were partners for many years and Brian has since acquired the company continuing the spirit of excellence, honesty and integrity.
Brian is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, and carries their designation of ASHI Certified Inspector, the highest certification level offered. He is a member and board member of the Garden State Chapter of ASHI as well as a member of NJALPHI. Brian is licensed with the NJDEP as a certified Radon Technician. He also holds an NJDEP license as a pesticide applicator. Brian holds numerous certifications by Exterior Design Institute including: ASV (Adhered Stone Veneer Inspector), BE (Building Envelope Inspector), EIFS (EIFS Inspector), MA (Moisture Intrusion Analyst), QC (Quality Control). Brian has extensive first hand experience in building renovation including antique buildings from many eras including those from the 1790s, 1920s and 1960s. Brian has developed a reputation for his extensive knowledge and understanding of old and historic buildings and is sought by many for his expertise in this area. Brian is also registered with the State of New Jersey as a Home Improvement Contractor.
Brian brings to the company extensive experience in working with individuals and groups of people in a competitive environment where communications skills are of paramount importance. He is a personable, well-spoken individual who is most effective in presenting findings in both oral and written form to his customers in a calm, deliberate manner. His communication skills complement his extensive knowledge of houses and the challenges that they offer. He is well received by his customers, as evidenced by referrals from customers he has served as well as from Realtors and Attorneys.
